È
nato a Montecatini Terme il CentroCommerciale Naturale.
La sua
costituzione, nata dalla collaborazione tra CAT Confesercenti, CAT
Confcommercio e Amministrazione Comunale, su iniziativa delle Associazioni
Confesercenti, Confcommercio ed As.Com Montecatini-Valdinievole, è stata
possibile grazie al finanziamento della Regione Toscana per promuovere e
valorizzare l’offerta commerciale, i servizi complementari,
l’artigianato e la ricettività. |

In
the town of Montecatini Terme the natural shopping center is now open. It is a
union between CAT Confesercenti , CAT Confcommercio and the town’s
administration from an initiative of the Associations Confesercenti,
Confcommercio ed As.Com Montecatini-Valdinievole. It was financed by a regional
law to promote and give value to the shopping area, to the services in that
area, to the handicraft and the accommodation capacity of the city for
shoppers. |

Un centro commerciale naturale rappresenta un sistema
di esercizi coordinato e integrato fra loro da una politica comune di sviluppo
e di promozione del territorio.
Il Consorzio è nato con lo scopo di organizzare
e gestire le attività promozionali dell’intero comparto commerciale
del Centro Commerciale Naturale.
Fra le altre cose si occupa di:
- Progettare e/o realizzare e/o partecipare ad
iniziative di animazione territoriale
- Progettare e realizzare sistemi di fidelizzazione
della clientela
- Gestire il sito internet del Centro Commerciale
Naturale, contenente tutte le informazioni sulle attività economiche
esistenti, oltre ad una loro vetrina virtuale, le iniziative in atto, le
attrazioni culturali ed artistiche della città, gli orari e le domeniche
di apertura
- Programmare e realizzare iniziative a supporto
delle aperture straordinarie
- Ed altro ancora

A natural shopping centre represents a group of shops
of business all with a common link and part of an association with a common
political viewpoint which is that of developing and promoting the area.
The syndicate was created with the aim of organizing
and running the promotional activites of the shopping centre within this new
natural area.
Among to other things it takes care of:
- Planning and/or carrying out and/or partecipating
in initiatives to promote the area
- Planning and/or carrying out ways of enticing the
clients to return
- Running the internet web site of the Natural
Shopping Centre, which includes up dating of all the information regarding the
activities which already take place, as well as a virtual window, the
initiatives which are in programme and the cultural attraction and artistic
ones, the times the places and dates and the sundays when the shops are
open.
- Planning and backing up initiatives to allow shops
to open after hours and on holidays.
